Our pricing is based on the number of tortoises and enclosures required:

£8.00 per day for 1 tortoise in 1 private enclosure.
Discounts automatically applied for multiple tortoises booked at the same time.

Each enclosure is exclusively used for your tortoise—no shared accommodation. Please include drop-off and collection dates in your booking; for example, a Friday evening drop-off to Monday morning collection is counted as 4 days.

Drop-Off and Collection Information

Location: West Sussex – address provided upon booking confirmation.

Times:

Weekdays: 9–11am or 6–8pm
Weekends: 2–8pm

Unavailable: Drop-off/collections not available on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day.

Health Issues & Emergency Vet Care

Please inform us of any ongoing health issues at the time of booking. For specialist treatments like nebulisation, contact us in advance.

In the case of any emergencies, we will reach out using the emergency contact provided. If urgent treatment is needed, we will contact our trusted vet immediately. Any medical bills must be settled before collection.

Late Collections & Rehoming Policy

If you're unable to drop off or collect your tortoise at the agreed time, let us know immediately. Additional charges will apply for late pickups.

If a tortoise is not collected within two days of the scheduled pickup date, we will charge a £50 rehoming fee and begin the rehoming process. Any sale proceeds will be retained by HappyTortoises.
