Terms and Conditions

1. Subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial-year cancellations.

2. Benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the subscriber.

3. Automatic renewal every 12 months—cancel anytime to stop the next year’s renewal.

4. *Guaranteed boarding excludes large tortoises (adult Sulcatas, adult Leopards, Aldabra) until our new facilities are completed).

5. A subscription year runs between 1st January to 31st December (inclusive).

6. Unused tortoise holidays, discounts and other membership perks cannot be carried over to the following year.

7. Holiday bookings that start within the subscription year and run continuously into January (e.g., December 27th - January 7th) can use voucher codes for the days that fall into the new year.
